Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for our
outpatient services across our health system in Oregon and
Washington. In this role, the technician will assist in the
preparation and dispensation of medications and healthcare
products, maintain patient records, and support our pharmacists
with the utmost precision and ethical standards. This position
requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational
skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused
environment. Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing
medications accurately. Process prescription refills and handle
medication orders under pharmacist supervision. Maintain accurate
patient medication records. Provide excellent customer service and
patient care. Manage medication inventory and supplies. Comply with
all legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. Knowledge of
pharmacy operations and procedures. Ability to utilize pharmacy
information systems. Excellent communication and customer service
skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capability to work both independently and within a team. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred. Active pharmacy
technician registration or license as required by the state.
