$28.13-$32.11 /hr Summary : Provide initial diagnostic interview
for adult consumers to determine eligibility for CRMHS services.
This is a Union role, represented by OPEIU 11. Essential Job
Responsibilities : Provide clinical services to include mental
health and chemical dependency assessment, including
biopsychosocial intake, treatment planning, individual and/or group
therapy to consumers. Provide crisis intervention services to
assigned consumers as necessary. Establish appropriate and
therapeutic relationships with assigned clients. Provide
information and referral to consumers who are not eligible for
services Facilitate internal departmental transfers. Possess
knowledge of consumer rights and ensure an atmosphere that allows
for consumer privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe secure
environment. Telephone marketing/outreach to potential referral
sources in the community. Send follow-up letters to persons who
failed intake appointments. Maintain all required
paperwork/charting requirements as established by agency contracts.
Facilitate and process groups. Non-essential Job Functions : Attend
staff and planning meetings as scheduled. Maintain communication &
cooperative working relationships both within the agency and
community. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Other duties as
assigned by Supervisor. Education, Licensing and Experience :
Experience in providing treatment to persons with mental illness or
severe emotional disturbances, conducting mental health
assessments, providing individual counseling, case management and
treatment planning services preferred. Master’s Degree in
Behavioral Science LICSWA, LMHCA, LICSW or LMHC license MHP
eligible At least 2-3 years of strong clinical service
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Must have a wide
knowledge base required roles of various personnel and programs in
the agency and community. Interpersonal, decision making, judgment,
supervisory, leadership and communication skills. PER COMPANY
