Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Regional Sales Manager – Automatic Machines role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. · Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries. · Manage and grow existing customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships. · Present and demonstrate automatic machinery solutions to customers, highlighting value and ROI. · Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions based on customer needs. · Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations. · Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM updates. · Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support installations. · Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. · Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred. · Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial equipment, automation, or machinery. · Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex equipment and processes. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales. · Experience managing a sales territory and working independently. · Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. · Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
