Commission Structure 100% commission with no cap-earn $150,000 per

your career. What You'll Do Conduct in-home assessments to
understand comfort needs and recommend solutions Build rapport and
trust with homeowners, educating them on system options Present
multiple equipment and financing solutions clearly and
professionally Educate customers on the benefits of system
upgrades, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions Manage the full
sales process from lead to close Work closely with install and
service teams to ensure smooth transitions Maintain accurate
records in the CRM and stay on top of scheduling, change orders,
and close-out documentation Continuously grow your knowledge and
skills through ongoing training and coaching What You Bring 1 year
of residential or HVAC-related sales experience (2 years preferred)
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Self-motivated with a
strong sense of accountability CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team-oriented
