Compensation: Uncapped IncomeOur inside sales agents earn a competitive base pay, plus a lucrative monthly bonus. Our average representative earns $45,000 – $70,000 with our top performers earning over $100,000 per yearJob Duties:Your primary responsibility will be to schedule free, no obligation estimates for our home improvement products. You will earn a bonus for every appointment you schedule, even if there is no purchase made. Job duties include:

• Managing a stream of inbound and outbound phone calls to maximize each opportunity
• Following up with previous customers that have expressed an interest in our services
• Setting, tracking, and exceeding goals within a production-based environment
