Job Description:

encouraged to apply! - -Job overview: -As a Manufacturing
Technician in the Oregon Wafer Level Assembly (OWLA) organization
you will perform functions associated with all wafer production
including operations, equipment, process, and training. Normally
receives general instructions on routine work and detailed
instructions on new work. In addition, the Manufacturing Technician
is responsible for, but not be limited to: -What we offer:

- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and
sustaining. -
- Collecting and evaluating operating data to condon-line
equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization. -
- Improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in
the production line, and reviewing technological health and
stability. -
- The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral

- Great attention to detail -
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -
- Judgment and initiative in resolving complex nonstandard
problems and developing recommendations. -
- Verbal and written communication skills. -
- This position is open for both day and night shift. -
-Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. -
- An Associate's degree in a STEM discipline preferred -
- Military training in a technical field such as Electronics,
Mechanical, or similar Technical field preferred -
- Certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics,
Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Electronic Engineering
Technology, or related field of study preferred -
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance,
manufacturing environment, semiconductor environment or related
field is preferred - -Candidate must be willing to: -
- Work a day or night shift compressed work week schedule. -
- The schedule will consist of three 12-hour days or nights in a
row -
- Work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hoods,
booties, safety glasses, and gloves. -
- Lift up to 25 lbs. , spend the majority of the time (greater
than 90%) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a
day, and/or standing, sitting for 9 hours. -Powered by JazzHR
