In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Site Services and will work closely with the Avantor's Lab and Production Services team of over 1,500 on- and off-site expert personnel - and our customers - to perform customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science. This position is an entry level position; responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site, all of which can include: receiving (laundry carts), point of use replenishment of laundry, garment inspection, and allocation of hanger spaces within customer gown rooms. In this role you will:

• Collect used garments
• Inspect used garments to identify any damage prior to shipment
• Collection of usage data at point of use and adding it to tracking log
• Receive inbound shipments from common carriers
• May be required to travel to customer sites
• Inspect any damaged garments being returned as truly damaged items.
• Perform daily inspections of inventory & soil bins checks to avoid overflow
• Map out garment locations for training aids
• Be the point person for any garment issues or concerns
