Must be detail oriented and passionate about animals. Let's schedule an interview and show you why we love our job!A typical day for our Pet Care Technicians: Cleaning kennels and surrounding areas.Feeding and medicating dogs and cats.Moving dogs to play groups.Brushing and bathing dogs.Participating in all one-on-one activities with dogs and cats.Miscellaneous janitorial chores including laundry, kitchen clean up, sweeping and mopping.Noting animal behaviors and eating habits.Requirements and Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.Must be available to work weekends and all major holidays (these are our busiest times).Strong communication skills, good judgment, able to manage stressful situations.Physical and mental capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.Be able to lift 30 lbs.Willing to work in all weather conditions (rain/snow/Summer weather).Benefits and Pay: $14.50-$15 per hour, based on experiencePersonal pet care discountSick timeSimple IRA retirement planJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Are you available to work weekends and all major holidays?Work Location: One location
