Ref ID: 03620-0011660236Classification: Inventory ClerkCompensation: $23.75 to $27.50 hourlyAccountemps is partnering with a reputable organization located in Hillsboro, OR that is looking to hire an Equipment Coordinator. As an Equipment Coordinator you will be responsible for purchasing activities, compiling information and taking independent action to procure supplies, materials, equipment, and services. Daily Responsibilities: --- Dispatch and schedule equipment repair with third party vendors. --- Prepare purchase orders and verify specifications on purchase orders. --- Enter Service Receipts to purchase orders and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Record all details of work completed, and what the next steps are if any for service completion. --- Communicate with internal partners on progression of all service and parts being ordered. --- Follow up on equipment repair status, ensuring repair or replacement is completed. --- Maintain data in CMMS system, ensuring accuracy and completion. --- Assist with Monthly Maintenance Service calls; tracking in Excel and CMMS.Job Requirements:Experience Required --- Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's degree preferred --- Advanced experience in MS Excel --- Experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting data --- Previous experience working within a purchasing dept. highly preferred --- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in policies and procedures --- Ability to work independently with limited supervisionAccountemps, a Robert Half Company, matches skilled accounting and finance professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
