MSR-FSR is looking for someone with semiconductor technical and mechanical experience and some leadership experience to fill a roles as a PM Tech Lead or Supervisor. Join our awesome team in an exciting, fast paced, and ever-growing industry.PM Tech Lead/Supervisor Job Description:The PM Tech Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the work performed by the PM team, attend and lead meetings, conduct and supervise training, receive work orders and assign duties to team members, and manage safety, quality and productivity of the team and conduct report outs. The PM team is responsible for:

PM set ups, completion, leak check and quality checkParts receiving, staging and inspectionCorrective maintenancePeripheral equipment maintenance Maintain required maintenance logsPM Tech Lead/Supervisor Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to pass required drug screening and background checkEligible for badging at the customer siteThis is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is requiredBasic computing skillsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsHigh degree of good judgement, work ethic, and initiativeTechnical/Mechanical work experienceExperience with vacuum systems and pumps a plusLeadership experience in the capacity of a lead or supervisorCustomer service experience/skillsAbility and willingness to perform the same work as the team, as neededAbility and willingness to extensively use a respirator during the course of workFlexible on working schedule due compressed work of the team and supervisory responsibilitiesCOVID-19 Info
Working in a cleanroom is a much safer working environment than most, as COVID-19 protocols are common everyday practice in the industry
Controlled working environment with protective gear, masks and glovesLaminar air flow reduces airborne contaminantsClean environmentCompressed work week scheduling can be helpful if you have personal obligations at home like a spouse working from home or home schooling. The shifts are 12 hours daily, with a 3-day/4-day alternating work week.
