Our passion and creative drive make us an innovative force worldwide, with over 80 TRUMPF locations.Position: Head of Service for EUV (Oregon)This role is based in Oregon and is responsible for managing the EUV operation, including overseeing EHS, project coordination, and service teams. The Site Lead for Oregon will:

• Lead the EUV operation in the US
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements
• Develop and execute the company's EUV business strategy in the US
• Maintain profitability and sustainability, overseeing financial performance
• Ensure legal compliance across all operations
• Lead, coach, and mentor the management team and staff
• Attract, hire, and retain high-performing personnel
• Supervise performance and provide technical support to customers and field engineers
• Manage scheduling, support, and customer service activities
• Handle multiple projects and resolve customer issues professionally
• Report on technical conditions and machine performance
• Coordinate with managers and support teams
• Improve service offerings and customer interactions
• Interface with support teams and headquarters
• Participate in meetings and supervise support schedules
• Oversee installations, upgrades, escalations, and customer support
• Provide hands-on support at customer sites if needed
• Manage administrative duties such as timecards, reports, and training
• Contribute to documentation and participate in on-call dutiesTravel RequirementsUp to 50% travel as needed to support business and service activities.Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least four years in service or laser departments
• Minimum two years in personnel management
