Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time RN Unit Supervisor for a 22-bed
Pediatric Step Down Unit in Falls Church, VA.
Provides leadership and oversees clinical operations, ensuring
quality care and best practices.
Supports shared governance and team engagement through coaching,
recognition, and mentorship.
Care for intermediate and medical/surgical pediatric patients with
a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1 or 4:1.
Schedule includes full-time day/night rotations with benefits such
as medical, dental, retirement matching, tuition assistance, mental
health support, and paid time off.
Requires at least 1 year pediatric RN experience, BSN or
equivalent, BLS certification, and Virginia RN licensure. PALS
preferred.
Work involves 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, and weekend
coverage.
