Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.The EXE Continuous Improvement Project Lead will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within machine maintenance at customer sites. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and a track record of implementing change. The role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to process optimization, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and project management.Role and responsibilitiesProcess Optimization: Lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and challenges, and ensure alignment of continuous improvement initiatives with organizational goals.Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.Best Practice Sharing: Identify and promote best practices to drive standardization and efficiency across customer sites.Education and experienceBS engineering degree with 3+ experience in project leadership, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.MS/PhD engineering accepted without above experience.Engineers with greater than 5 years experience in a customer support department for high tech product preferred.Engineers with at least 3 years of ASML micro-lithography system experience preferred.SkillsTo thrive in this job, youll need the following skills:Must take ownership for solving issues and ensures escalations take place.Capable of resolving most issues without assistance & highly independent.Ability to make decisions in the priority of problem solving.Work unsupervised, be responsible and accountable for projects.Take initiative and ownership to increase skill and knowledge level.Document knowledge systematically and in an accessible way.Clear and effective communication skills required.Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to thrive in a very dynamic and high paced environment.Multi-task team player with good ability to work under different working environment pressures.Open for cultural differences and able to work with a site of different cultures and WOW.Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible.Strong customer focus.Verbal and written language skills in English.Other informationThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.).
