• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a machinist
• Experience with MasterCAM or other CAM software required.
• Knowledge of Mazak, Doosan, HAAS, and Fanuc CNC controls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot CNC machine issuesResponsibilities of a CNC Machinist:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine the dimensions and tolerances of the finished product
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
  • Maintain machinery by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issuesEssential Job Functions for a CNC Machinist:
    • Proficiently operate one or more of the following CNC controls: Mazak, Doosan, HAAS, and Fanuc
    • Utilize MasterCAM or other CAM software for programming and generating tool paths
