  Pay Rate:
  The pay rate for this job is $19 / hour
  What you'll be doing as an Electronic Assembly Operator:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Carrying out assembly work processing parts to established sub-assemblies.
    
    
  • 
    Collect all material and equipment as needed within warehouse
    
    
  • 
    Follow safety guidelines or as directed by supervisors, trainers and management.
    
    
  • 
    Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.
    
    
  • 
    Take precision measurements to ensure fit of components per specifications.
    
    
  • 
    Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications.
    
    
  • 
    Align material and put together parts to build more complex units.
    
    
  • 
    Check/inspect output to ensure highest quality.
    
    
  • 
    Review calibration or shelf-life markings on equipment and materials.
    
    
  • 
    Maintain equipment in good condition.
    
    
  • 
    Keep records of production quantities and time.
    
    
  • 
    Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts.
    
    
  • 
    All employees are expected to participate in the cleaning team.
    
    
  • 
    Assist with inventory counts and control as needed.
    
    
  • 
    Work directly with engineering personnel to build new products or test and develop new processes.
    
    
  • 
    Assuring compliance with company employee handbook.

    -Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
    Job requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Previous electronics assembly or production experience (preferably cable/harness assembly).
      
      
    • 
      Good basic work skills, interpersonal skills to include must be friendly, courteous, flexible and enjoy working with a variety of staff.
      
      
    • 
      Must be detail-oriented and work effectively while meeting all applicable deadlines with problem solving abilities.
      
      
    • 
      Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; work well under pressure; able to manage multiple projects.
      
      
    • 
      Capable of processing basic math equations, understands measurements in both fraction and decimal.
      
      
    • 
      Capable of reading and comprehending low to medium level technical documents as well as basic reading level.
      
      
    • 
      Drug screen required
