Fraud and Claims Representative Hiring ASAP! Banking Customer Service Rep (Call Center) Previous banking experience is NOT required. CALL CENTER preferred but not required Training- Provided! Competitive starting Pay! Permanent position offered. Company promotes upward growth ! JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Day to day duties include taking a moderate volume of inbound phone calls regarding credit card disputes
• Typical disputes are regarding over charges, double charges, incorrect product/services, fraud-related questions, which will be transferred, and potentially re checking on the status of an existing claim
• Will use 3-4 computer systems at once; must be able to type notes while on the phone with customer
• Support fraud and claims functional area and effective authentication of customers in order to prevent fraudulent activity. Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Call Center Customer Service Experience is preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Phone experience preferred
  • Strong tenure in previous roles
