work.As a Senior Change Management Leader, you will play a key role
in driving customer-centric change across our organization,
translating our business and customer engagement strategies into
human capability requirements, and creating a holistic and
adaptable capability program to enable execution. You will work
closely with global and local functions to understand future
strategies, always contributing a system-wide mindset and will
partner with stakeholders to develop and articulate an inspiring
vision and change narrative, mobilizing the organization in the
'art of possible.'You will lead the co-creation of an
organizational change management (OCM) strategy and deployment
plan, conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and
identifying key stakeholders. You will apply a change management
process and tools to create strategies, adapting appropriately to
fit with Roche culture and program. You will coordinate the
development of a tactical change plan, including stakeholder
assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization
transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user
training.As a catalyst for change, you'll leverage data and
information to diagnose and sense the state of individuals, teams,
and organizations. You will align Roche enterprise and local teams,
fostering networking to ensure accelerated learning and value
creation. You will collaborate effectively with all global and
local team members, ensuring the delivery of one, flexible,
integrated end-to-end solution which is inclusive of human
capabilities and change strategy. You will engage all stakeholders
through effective multi-directional communication.To succeed in
this role, you will need exceptional deep listening and coaching
skills and the ability to develop authentic connections through the
organization despite hierarchy and department. You will deliver
transformative team and individual coaching, creating a safe
environment for team members, and asking insightful questions to
