You will work closely with global and local functions to understand future strategies, always contributing a system-wide mindset and will partner with stakeholders to develop and articulate an inspiring vision and change narrative, mobilizing the organization in the 'art of possible.'You will lead the co-creation of an organizational change management (OCM) strategy and deployment plan, conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders. You will apply a change management process and tools to create strategies, adapting appropriately to fit with Roche culture and program. You will coordinate the development of a tactical change plan, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.As a catalyst for change, you'll leverage data and information to diagnose and sense the state of individuals, teams, and organizations. You will align Roche enterprise and local teams, fostering networking to ensure accelerated learning and value creation. You will collaborate effectively with all global and local team members, ensuring the delivery of one, flexible, integrated end-to-end solution which is inclusive of human capabilities and change strategy. You will engage all stakeholders through effective multi-directional communication.To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional deep listening and coaching skills and the ability to develop authentic connections through the organization despite hierarchy and department.   • Bachelor's Degree (Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology) required
  • MBA or other related graduate or postgraduate level degree preferredExperience:
    • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
    • 8+ years of experience in project management and resource management
    • 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or related industry experience
    • Experienced change catalyst who can influence stakeholders at all levels
    • Proven experience as a successful and decisive leader in strategic, cross-functional environments
    • Managed complex projects with ambitious milestones in high-pressure circumstances
    • Skilled with stakeholder management at all levels, including senior management
    • Successful experience working in a global environment and building strong networksSkills/Abilities:
      • Is customer-centric and able to apply this approach to everything they do
      • A thorough understanding of the psychology of people and how they experience change and the change process
      • Leads change by example, is optimistic in the face of challenge; stays resilient
