Help Desk - Tier II Support
$30-33 per hour
Onsite - Hillsboro, OR

Ledgent Technology has partnered once again with a key employer in the Portland market for their open IT Support Technician role! This is an onsite contract to hire position in Hillsboro, OR. The IT Support Technician II provides in-depth and extensive technical support for IT software and hardware systems in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires advanced knowledge of IT systems and processes within a Microsoft Windows technology ecosystem.
The IT Support Technician II will conduct hardware and software systems diagnosis and troubleshooting as well as manage and maintain systems and business processes designed to support IT Operations tasks and activities.
Knowledge of end-user applications, subsystems and processes is also required.
The IT Support Technician II is a highly motivated, customer-facing, service-oriented individual dedicated to delivering quality technical services and support.

Qualifications
3+ years of related IT Support experience
3+ years of administrator level maintenance and management of Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory
3+ years of experience and knowledge of supporting networked systems within an IP-based Microsoft ecosystem.
1+ years of administrator level maintenance and management of Microsoft Office 365 tenants. Experience in supporting O365 in a hybrid environment a plus.
Must be able to work patiently and cooperatively with users that have varied technical abilities/knowledge.
Ability to connect individual technical issues with larger system technical or process-related issues.
A+ and N+ certifications a plus.
