• Answering phones for billing questions
• Collection calls
• Charge and payment entry
• Working Accounts Receivable for outstanding insurance claims
• Insurance record requests
• Prior Authorizations for proceduresQualifications
  • 2+ years of experience billing and/or collections using Quatris Centricity OR Athena software
  • Experience in a clinic preferred, especially dermatology
  • Familiar with ICD10 and CPT codes
  • Great phone presence
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of billing experience, well rounded knowledge of insurance, and relevant understanding of ICD10 and CPT codes.
  • This person will be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
