Job Description:

Our psychiatric residential mental health treatment program seeks energetic and committed Human Resources Specialist who has a passion for recruiting talent to work with our children. The HR Specialist will work with the HR team and Managers to support recruitment and credentialing of the staff. We have 2 locations: Jasper Mountain Center and SAFE Center which are located about 10-15 miles southeast of the Eugene/Springfield area.Duties/Responsibilities:Develops, facilitates, implements, and coordinates all phases of the recruitment process.Collaborates with department managers to identify staffing needs.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Post jobs and manage job advertisement processes.Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation ofinterview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, communicates start dates, and other pertinent details.Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting events.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, credentialing requirements and company policies.Manage and maintain credentialing database including running reports to assure that staff are all current and up to date.Assist staff with becoming credentialed or renewing credentialing.Collaborate with the HR Generalist and HR Manager on various projects such as Open Enrollment and audits.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.At least two years of recruiting and hiring process experience highly preferred.A degree in Business a plus.Compensation:Depends on experience.
