Job Description:

The Springs at Tanasbourne is looking for a cheerful, energetic, optimistic, organized, and motivated person who loves to enrich the lives of seniors in Memory Care. This position is responsible for a collaborative approach of planning and implementing meaningful and appropriate activities for our memory care residents. Necessary characteristics and skills for this position include excellent verbal communication skills, organized, high standard of ethics and integrity, experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia residents, presenting a professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality, and creativity in carrying out resident activities. This position is for an independent worker who will take the lead in encouraging resident participation and have sensitivity to the resident's individual needs. This position will work directly with our Memory Care Coordinator and collaborate with our Life Enrichment team. *We are hiring for a full time position. Some holidays may be required. * Schedule is *Tuesday through Saturday* Previous experience in senior housing especially working with cognitively or memory-challenged seniors is preferred but not required * Working knowledge of MS Office applications * Covid vaccination * Valid Driver's License All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
