DaBella is one of the fastest growing residential home improvement companies in the United States, and we are currently seeking to hire an experienced, detail oriented Corporate Event Planner.We were founded in June 2011, over the past decade we have opened 31+ markets in 12 states and are continuing to expand across the nation. We are currently specializing in residential remodeling for roofing, siding, windows, and bath/showers and are actively seeking individuals who want to grow and develop with us as a company. We currently have over 900+ employees and are seeking to add a valuable member to our organization that will help oversee all Event Management and planning.Compensation: 55k - 75kQualifications:

• Thrive and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience coordinating and planning events as well as private company lunches, dinners, and vacation reservations (both domestic and international)
• Prior experience in an Administrative, Office Management, or Executive Assistant role is a preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility with preferred schedule, longer weekday shifts or weekend shifts may be required based on company needs
• Ability to work well in high stress situations and environments
• Experience in Event Coordinating or planning preferred
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage all company events throughout the calendar year.
  • Reserve and book reservations for meals, workshops, and company outings for our Executive team.
  • Be able to drive a result and provide a solution when problems arise at DaBella events.
  • Oversee multiple assignments and upcoming events at one time
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for General Managers, Executives and General Managers in Training
  • Be comfortable with booking hotel, flights, and last-minute travel accommodations and or changes as needed, for both domestic and international travelBenefits:
