To be successful in this role, you need to have a passion for instrumentation development with the goal of developing a robust manufacturable process module. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Defining and developing procedures and equipment configuration for the module. Defining projects to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity and manufacturability requirements. Driving improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel. Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem solving tools. Establishing the process control systems for the process module and sustains the module through volume ramp. Develops strategy to resolve difficult problems and establishes systems to deal with these problems in the future. In addition to these responsibilities, you will respond to production requests for material disposition and alarm response. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Hands on experimental work (ex. lab work, hobbies, auto work, or priori experience). Willingness to read schematics and complex drawings & diagrams. Willingness to lift up to 30 lbs. walk long distances work in confined spaces and climb stairs. Willingness to work on 12 hours on night shift Willingness to wear closed shoes all day. Willingness to walk several miles per day. Willingness to climb and perform work on ladders. Willingness to periodically work in the interstitial. Willingness to push carts for at least a distance of 500m. Willingness to perform detailed visual inspection tasks. Knowledge of process control systems. Experience in computer software Microsoft Office and data base entry. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. The experience listed below may be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.
