STTD STO Manufacturing Technician
Sort Test Technology Development (STTD) Sort Tooling Operation
(STO) Manufacturing Technicians within the Assembly Test and
Technology Development (ATTD) group are expected to:
- Perform functions associated with all wafer production
including operations equipment process and training.
- Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online equipment
adjustment and ensure process optimization.
- Responsible for running all WIP.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance spares and sustaining
- Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as
Additionally in this role work is somewhat complex and is
performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined
parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and
nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed
instructions on new work.
Candidate must exhibit the following behavior traits:
- Judgment skills and initiative are required in resolving
complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
- Work independently with multiple aspects of Manufacturing
infrastructure and sustainability.
Candidate must be willing to:
- Work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls hoods
booties safety glasses and gloves. -Lift up to 25 lbs and spend the
majority of time greater than 90 less break time on the floor
working on tool sets, walking 3 to 5 miles a day and/or standing
sitting for 9 hours.
- Work a compressed work week schedule the schedule will consist
of three twelve hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every
other week Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday days 7:00 am -
This is an entry level position and compensation will be given
accordingly. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be
initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and
are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained
through a combination of your school work and/or classes and/or
research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship
- Candidate must possess a STEM Science Technology Engineering
Mathematics associates degree or bachelor's degree or Mechanical or
Technical certification or related hands on manufacturing
experience of 6+ months or equivalent military training.
- 3+ months PCMA experience.
