PRODUCT MANAGER (OPM) POSITION NOTES · JLL FTE · 40 hrs/wk POSITION
DESCRIPTION Support JLL’s Storage Organization (SO) team in the
development, implementation, projects and sustaining of a global
product storage strategy to ensure that SO is delivering on its
contractual obligations. Project manage and/or oversee 25,000
square feet of storage space focusing on movement and
organizational product flow. Bridge between key stakeholders both
inside and outside of SO. Assist in driving the ongoing evolution
and expansion of the SO program. This role is 80%-100% onsite (four
days per week), with the option to work remotely up to one day per
week (Friday), depending on workload, team needs, and client
expectations. The role can be very physically active and may
require working on one's feet for a minimum of four hours at a time
as well as repeatedly lifting items of up to 50lbs on a daily
basis. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Exhibit a complete alignment with
the mission, vision, and values of SO, setting an example and
enforcing core values, connection agreements, goals, and
professional standards. undefined Ensure adherence to SO safety
standards to maintain a safe working environment. Know Your
Customer – understand the rhythm of the business. Establish a
trusted advisor/partner relationship with clients and key partner
counterparts as a subject-matter expert for storage and
organization. Initiate client outreach to promote SO support and
project services. Conduct consultations with the business unit to
strategically align client initiatives with SO best practices and
lean principles. Perform capacity/utilization studies as required
to optimize storage and organization strategies. Detailed data
analysis with Project planning and execution. Report on activities
and deliver presentations on team performance to all levels of
leadership within SO and the client business. Ensure adherence to
SO safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Spearhead key storage challenges and opportunities by developing a
comprehensive storage strategy based on each client’s unique needs.
SO session agility by managing schedules, leading sessions,
overseeing multiple sessions (6 sessions per week), and/or
providing hands-on assistance and support to the SO team when
needed. Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate
agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs. Identify and
promptly escalate opportunities and challenges to SO’s LT and
operations. Provide quality control for documentation and key
metrics to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Possess in-depth
knowledge of existing SO policies, procedures, and best practices,
and actively train team members on these guidelines. Actively
participate and engage in key meetings. Undertake additional duties
and initiatives as assigned, displaying adaptability and
flexibility. QUALIFICATIONS & PROVEN ABILITIES • Comprehensive
understanding of Lean/5S. • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
(PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as Smartsheet. •
Outstanding spatial, organizational and time management skills and
the ability to translate business requirements into space
solutions. • Exemplify behaviors that align with teamwork,
excellence, and ethics. • Exceptional self-awareness and able to
apply it in productive ways. • Team player who exhibits flexibility
and a positive attitude in the face of constant change. • Ability
to take thoughtful, decisive action and follow through on
commitments. • Exhibits professionalism with excellent customer
service, interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability
to adapt quickly and operate effectively and patiently in a
fast-paced, constantly shifting environment. • Discerns client
and/or project needs quickly and determines highest priority

Dedicated to exceeding client and/or project expectations while
ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery are
achieved. • Proactive and eager to take the initiative, while also
able to receive and act upon direction from leadership and adhere
to standard team practices. • Experience with process development,
project management, overseeing and directing the work of others. •
Strong conflict resolution skills. • Previous SO experience
preferred. • Project management certification is an advantage.
