Job Description Job Description ASSOCIATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY – Portland Metro Area (Oregon) Join a respected boutique litigation firm in the Beaverton/Portland area as a litigation attorney with 3–5 years of experience. You’ll work directly on high-stakes, complex, multi-party cases in areas including antitrust, commercial, environmental, and regulatory litigation , gaining experience in federal and multi-jurisdictional matters . Must-Have Qualifications: 3–5 years of litigation experience handling large, complex multi-party cases Admission to the Oregon Bar in good standing (WA/CA a plus) Highly Preferred / Career-Enhancing Experience: Federal experience (DOJ, U.S. Attorney’s Office) or judicial clerkship Civil trial experience Multi-state or complex commercial/antitrust litigation exposure Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with significant performance-based bonuses tied to the firm’s high-profile contingency matters.
