Job Description:

This LPN position offers a sign-on bonus and focuses on providing quality, minimally invasive care in a spine clinic dedicated to reducing pain and disability from spinal conditions.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, preparing patients for exams, administering medications and injections, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, documenting in electronic records, providing patient education, and assisting with referrals and lab procedures.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program or eligibility to sit for the Virginia licensure exam, current Virginia LPN licensure, BLS certification, and ideally one year of clinical experience.

Must demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records in a fast-paced setting.
