Job Description:

A manufacturing organization located in Hillsboro, OR is looking for a Field Service Engineer.
Responsibilities:

• Interprets maintenance manuals and procedures, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs Semiconductor equipment.
• Use customer feedback and requests, and proactively seeking to provide high-quality service, achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data provided by the customer and our tools regularly to improve tool availability, find solutions to reoccurring issues, and predict future problems.
• Provide training to employees of customers.
• Participate in projects with design engineers in to provide engineering ideas and modifications.
• Report service and project progress in an organized and well-detailed manner on the company's databases.
  Requirements:
  • Able to work compressed DAY SHIFT work week with ability to work odd hours and 12 hour shifts as needed
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with equipment engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • On CVD, etch, ash, or other related semiconductor manufacturing cluster tools.
  • Available for travel up to 30%
