We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux Kernel Development Contractor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Linux kernel development, device driver development, and Linux distribution development.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel modules and device drivers.
• Work on Linux kernel memory management, load, and boot process.
• Contribute to Linux virtualization development.
• Utilize software development tools such as compilers and git.
• Create and manage Debian packages.
• Work with the Yocto build system.Qualifications
  • Must have at least 5+ year's experience required.
  • Must have a minimum 5 years experience with Linux kernel module development.
  • Must have a minimum 4 years experience with Linus compiler development experience.
  • Must have a minimum 5 years experience with RPM or Debian package development and management.
  • Should have strong experience in Linux kernel development and device driver development.
  • Should have In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel memory management, load, and boot process.
  • Should have experience with Linux virtualization technologies.

    • A competitive pay range of $59/hr- $62/hr (depending on experience).
    • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
