Introduction - Job MissionOur department covers worldwide
functional support (24x5hr) for all off-scanner applications and
contributes to current and future application design. These
applications are clustered into different capabilities/domains.
These applications are used by the Customer Support (CS) work force
while performing their job in serving our customer's needs. Our
mission is to facilitate and improve the productivity of the users
of these applications and capabilities in order to meet ASML's
obligations.We are located in Asia, US and Europe. We work along
with the Capability Architects and System Service Engineering to
help design future applications for ASML CS. We work together by
means of knowledge bases, key users, a call management system, and
work instructions. We maintain close relationships with the local
teams in the field, key user organizations, internal and external
suppliers and project organizations to drive the sustainability and
availability of CS used off-system applications (e.g. Coach,
Maintenance Manager) and technical infrastructure (e.g. BRES, EPS),
and will offer CS users functional support, process escalations,
and will drive issues to closure, freeing the CS engineer to
perform the invaluable task of solving our customer's issues. What
we do* We ensure that the ASML service system is designed and
supported such that our business can realize its strategies and
realize Cost of Service targets.Our Mission* We cascade the service
strategies into tangible capability step-ups* We define the
business architecture of the ASML service system* We ensure that
the capability step-ups are guiding the capability delivery
programs like ONE, LMOS, MDVS, etc* We provide full support of the
CS infrastructure and the CS processes* We keep a close eye on key
trends & developments within and outside of ASML* We support local
sites in site readiness and Top-XThis position may require access
to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration
Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must
be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to
beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed
with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled
technology.Job DescriptionDue to a merging in the ASML organization
between CS Infrastructure and Service Baseline Development, the
department of Service Baseline Design & Support has been formed.
This is a temporary role to:* The main area of focus is to gather
feedback from the SBD department and optimize their ASML internally
webpageso Review the existing webpages and SharePoint page and
merge them into one SharePoint page (Page partially exists
already)o Update webpages to the latest, relevant informationo
Archive non-relevant informationo Produce automated reporting (KPI)
or data where possible and link to the page o More depending on the
needs of the department This role will work alongside he SBD
Regional Service Manager for the USA and their team who will help
steer and guide the intern in their assignment as the details are
still being sorted. The role will be based in the ASML Hillsboro
office.Education and ExperienceStudying towards a Bachelor's degree
in a related, technical field of Engineering - i.e. IT, CS, CE,
etc. Required technical skills, knowledge and abilities: o Website
building, SharePoint, Excel, Reporting dashboards, etc. o
Background in IT would be beneficialo Ability to run analytics and
create reports, if needed - a plus.o Strong communication skills,
and able to host meetings to gather requirements for project
