Job Description:
Job DescriptionDesigns, develops, tests, and debugs software
tools, flows, PDK design components, and/or methodologies used in
design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products,
process design, or manufacturing. Responsibilities include
capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and
test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit,
integration, and end to end testing of the software
tools.#DesignEnablementQualificationsYou must possess the below
minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this
position.Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.Minimum QualificationsCandidate must possess a minimum
of a BS degree with 4+ years of experience or an MS degree with 3+
years of experience or a PhD with 1+ years of experience in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and
related fields. 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in
the following areas:
- DRC/LVS runsets and EDA tools (Synopsys ICV, Siemens/Mentor
Calibre or Cadence Pegasus, and simulation tools).
- Unix/Linux operating system.
- At least one of the following: C++, C#, Python, Perl, TCL.
- VLSI design process, reliability verification, ESD concepts,
standard cell library, and memory architectures.Preferred
Qualifications1+ years of experience/knowledge in the following:
- Knowledge in semiconductor device physics, models, parasitic
extraction, and technology scaling.
- Experience with working in software repository management tools

$139,480.00-$209,760.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location
and experienceWorking ModelThis role will be eligible for our
hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time
between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate
business needs.
