If you're creative, passionate about what you do, autonomous and love having fun, we want to hear from you.NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure deployment programs with third party companies to enable NVIDIA products. You must have a consistent track record on delivering Data Center Enterprise solutions with strong planning and technical skills. Those programs will have to accomplish aspects of a business's larger strategy. And, as such, a passion for high-level planning and critical thinking is the cornerstone for this role.What you'll be doingSuccess will depend on a data driven mentality, excellent project management skills, extraordinary communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence within a team. You are a builder with good solid understanding of server technologies such as CPUs, GPUs, memory, networking, and storage systems. Knowledge of Data Center topologies, Network Systems as well as AI ecosystem are a plus.You will lead NVIDIA's Data Center Systems and Network platforms integration with external partners, from early design phases through production; collaborating with teams across company to plan and drive SW objectives for the team. Additionally, assembling requirements, helping prioritization, scheduling, and planning for all phases of the product life cycle.Develop and handle breakthroughs and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together.Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; collaborate with engineering management on improving the development workflow and engineering efficiency. You have an opportunity to work well with diverse technical groups, spanning all interpersonal levels.What we need to see:BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience8+ years in IT industry with a focus on Technical Program Management supporting third party accounts to enable new Data Center Platforms and Networking capabilities.Proven deep customer savvy born of executing complex programs, especially with strategic customers with large datacenter deployments with Tier-1 OEMs.Strong technical savvy, including server hardware development, network topologies, network interfaces and datacenter qualification/deployment.Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong experience in working with customers on large cloud datacenter development and deployment with ambitious timelines and/or constrained resources.Comfortable defining and executing complex program with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results. Knowledge of Edge Cloud, HPC, or AI ecosystem is a plus.Consistent record of handling multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
