Job Description:

Serverlogic client is looking for a Web Support Specialist in Hillsboro, OR for 6 + months contract.Note: Position will transition to on-site following return to normal operations, post-pandemic.Job Description:Overall, this role will handle a variety of customer requests related to client's current public web site, including, but not limited to:

• Receiving and resolving internal customer-driven incidents and service requests.
• Providing technical and administrative county-wide support.
• The optimal candidate will exhibit strong content authoring knowledge using the PaperThin CommonSpot-- Content Management System, Rich Text Editor, as well as proficiency in related website navigation/editing.Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability working directly with customers.
  • Manage time and workload independently and efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field of studyAdditional Knowledge Areas:
    • PaperThin CommonSpot-- CMS Administrator & Technical Trained, experienced, and proficient in CommonSpot-- CMS installation and migrations through current version 10.7.
    • Proven experience in CommonSpot-- permissions, content elements, and rendering builds.
    • Skilled with Adobe products.
    • Proven and requisite experience and training in skills with Adobe ColdFusion.
    • Adobe ColdFusion Middleware Administrator, technician, and programmer
    • Adobe ColdFusion 2016, 2018, 2021.
    • Trained and experienced in administering Adobe ColdFusion installations.
    • Trained and experienced in programming in Adobe ColdFusion, MSSQL-Server databases, and redeveloping/rewriting Adobe ColdFusion code in JavaScript and/or PHP. - provided by Dice
