Job Description:
We are proud to announce an exciting opportunity to join our
team as a Staffing Coordinator in our Hillsboro, OR office.
Previous staffing experience is NOT necessary!
Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour + monthly bonus program!
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, complete data entry, and filing, scanning, copying,
and preparing mail;
Greet clients, temporary workers, and all guests and provide
outstanding customer service;
Full-cycle recruiting. Including posting jobs, processing
applications, and interviewing potential employees;
Make sure both temporary workers and the clients are taken care
of;
Assist with morning dispatch and afternoon payouts;
Assist with a largely Spanish-speaking customer base (bilingual is
a must!)
Other basic office support as necessary.
