This hospital-employed role is 100% inpatient-focused, offering a well-supported schedule of 12-hour shifts—no clinic or GYN call required. Whether you’re looking for .75, or 1.0 FTE, scheduling is flexible, and the group is open to creative arrangements to meet physician preferences. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced OB team and assist with unassigned patients, supporting safe and timely deliveries in a high-volume setting. Full benefits are available for those at .75 FTE or higher, with generous compensation and shift incentives. Position Highlights: 100% OB Laborist role – no clinic or GYN call Schedule: 12-hour shifts (153 shifts/year for 1.0 FTE) In house Only unassigned patients, OBGYN’s cover assigned patients No consecutive days required for 24-hour shifts $373,469 base (75th percentile) for 1.0 FTE Additional shifts paid at $2,441 per 12-hour shift Only cover 1 hospital - Level III NICU with 2800–3000 annual deliveries OB Hospitalists support ~40 deliveries/month Full support team and collaborative OB environment Epic EMR Dragon dictation templates Separate office and call rooms on-site Visa sponsorship available Must be ABOG board certified with 50 deliveries in past 2 years Community Details: This picturesque Oregon town offers an exceptional lifestyle for physicians and families alike.
