About the Role:The Housekeeping Supervisor at Tolovana Inn will, in conjunction with the Housekeeping Manager, play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position involves overseeing the housekeeping staff, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff members, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. By effectively managing resources and implementing best practices, the Housekeeping Supervisor will contribute to the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Ultimately, this role is vital in upholding the reputation of Tolovana Inn as a premier destination in the real estate development and management industry.Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment.Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
    • Train and mentor new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
    • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.
    • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.Skills:The required skills for this position include strong leadership abilities, which are essential for effectively managing the housekeeping team and ensuring high standards of service.
