About Us:


Locally-owned, wellness center is growing a team of Float Facilitators to continue our 5-star rated experience. We take pride in our ability to set clients at ease with how clean our facility is.


We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented team member who can help diligently


maintain the facility and check clients in/out.


Availability:


Monthly staff meetings


Approx. 25-30 hours/week to start with room to increase hours


Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday


Position Overview and Essential Duties:


This part-time position includes cleaning showers, floors, and other surfaces after a guest has used our services; re-stocking each room according to the needs of the next scheduled guest; folding, sorting, and washing laundry; cleaning bathrooms; sweeping and mopping; vacuuming rugs; taking out trash and recycling; getting inside each float room to sanitize the walls and water line; cleaning and setting up amenities; restocking supplies; following a task list, checking off tasks, double-checking your work. We provide training on cleaning float room pumps and filters.


Training provided on all of the tasks.


--- Individualized client/float set up throughout the day


--- Client services at the front desk include: float introductions, scheduling sessions, email, phone reception, client check-in/out.


--- Cleaning float rooms during client transitions


--- Cleaning float rooms at the end of the day


--- Opening and/or closing the shop


--- Stocking supplies


--- Laundry


--- Maintaining clean bathrooms and float rooms throughout the day


--- Cleaning float room filters


--- Sales including: gift cards, packages, memberships, single services, couples services


--- Other duties as assigned


Requirements:


--- Cleaning experience


--- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull 50 lbs on a weekly basis


--- Aware of best cleaning practices


--- Customer service experience

Pay: $17.50/hr to start with room to increase after trial period
