Join private practice as an Associate and earn 30-35% of production (depending on experience and productivity). The practice is in a custom designed state-of-the-art facility that is just a year-old. It is in a 9,000 square foot one floor building with both the pediatric and a full orthodontic practice. The building is elegant and modern with exposed beams and floor to ceiling windows in most rooms providing natural light throughout the facility. Hard and Soft tissue Laser dentistry available to the right candidate, restorative hygienist, in-house orthodontist, and in office entertainment at each chair and throughout the building. The practice is led by a veteran staff and management that have been in place for over 15 years. The office produces approximately $10k/day with net collections over $1.8 million last year and expected to grow by over 15% in 2026.

The right team-oriented doctor would move that even higher. It's a gem of practice.

Here is some brief practice and community information:

Practice:

Comprehensive Pediatric dental care, no pediatric care is referred out, but solid relationships are in place for Oral Surgery, Perio and Endodontics. Orthodontics is treated in-house.

Pediatric and Young Adult patients (Birth to 18 years).

General and Specialty positions available.

A daily guarantee then 30-35% of production whichever is higher.
