Job Description:
Will lead multi?site clinical operations, develop strong teams,
and drive continuous improvement across our organization. This role
is ideal for a transparent, servant?leader who thrives in a
fast?paced healthcare environment and is passionate about elevating
patient, provider, and staff experiences. This position will
oversee the management team of Medical Specialty - 13 departments
at Columbia Tech Center, Battle Ground, 87th Ave, Salmon Creek and
Gateway Salmon Creek. Offering support, leadership development,
problem solving advice and guidance as the teams manage their
business through the year. Hiring range: $126,000/yr - $155,000/yr
commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities Provide visible,
responsive leadership across clinic operations, ensuring
high-quality patient care and staff support. Build and sustain a
lean management culture focused on continuous improvement and
operational excellence. Develop leaders at all levels; hire, coach,
and mentor clinic managers and staff. Oversee clinical workflows,
resource planning, budgeting, and performance outcomes. Lead
process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce
waste, and support organizational goals. Partner with medical
leadership to support program development, value?based care
initiatives, and new business opportunities. Foster strong
communication and collaboration with internal teams, providers, and
community partners. Promote a positive, inclusive, and adaptable
workplace culture. Qualifications BA in Business, Healthcare, or
related field required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 7 years of
healthcare management experience, including 3 years overseeing
multi?site clinic operations. Proven experience with Lean
methodologies and continuous improvement. Strong leadership,
communication, and change?management skills. Experience with EPIC
EMR and value?based care models preferred. Ability to anticipate
industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Pay Range:
$120,668.00 - $181,004.00 The above information is intended to
