Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Pharmacist Manager for a travel job in Coquille, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift Notes Mon- Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm, Yes, but willing to do 7:30am-4:30pm or a close variance. Required Certifications BLS Certification, BLS is not required Years of Experience 2 Years License to Submit Yes DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas: General Responsibilities: • Reviews prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to ensure accuracy and determines formulas and ingredients needed. • Compounds medications using standard formulas and processes, such as weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients. • Monitors all posting onto the patient profiles in order that accuracy, drug allergies, drug interactions, duplicate therapy, rational drug therapy and incompatibilities may be realized and optimal patient care received. • Check patient medication cassettes prior to delivery to patient care areas to ascertain that the correct drug, dosage form, schedule and strength is being dispensed. • Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medication/health care errors. • Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality. • Prepares IV admixtures and extemporaneous parenteral products under aseptic conditions.
