Job Description:

Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg team, delivering top-tier care in a synchronized health and coverage system. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in offering compassionate, effective patient-focused care in a dynamic, supportive environment aimed at improving patient outcomes and experiences. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia BLS/ACLS Certification required
