Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Charge to lead our nursing team, ensuring exceptional care delivery and efficient patient management. This role focuses on streamlining service delivery alongside providing direct patient care. It involves close collaboration with healthcare team members and administration to optimize both patient outcomes and team performance. The RN Charge will play a pivotal role in implementing our patient-centric strategies within a dynamic healthcare environment. Oversee the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols and the highest standards of patient care. Manage day-to-day department operations, including scheduling, staffing adjustments, and patient flow. Act as a primary liaison between the healthcare team and department leaders to facilitate effective communication. Implement patient care plans, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, promoting continuous professional development and team cohesion. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and continuous improvement in all clinical practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions Expertise in clinical operations and patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia BLS/ACLS certified by the American Heart Association or equivalent
