In this pivotal role, the individual will direct operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional quality and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an innate ability to lead a diverse team, optimizing processes to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency while adhering to budget constraints. Develop and implement strategic plans for the imaging department across all locations. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Manage department budgets and resources, optimizing cost and operational efficiencies. Lead, hire, and train imaging staff while fostering a collaborative and effective work environment. Oversee the integration of new technologies and procedures to stay at the forefront of imaging practices. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a cohesive healthcare delivery experience.
