FTE Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a
board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join a
well?established, highly collaborative dermatology group serving
the Portland, Oregon metro area. This opportunity is based at PMG
Clackamas Dermatology, located approximately 10 miles from downtown
Portland. Why PMG Dermatology? PMG Dermatology is a 20?physician,
physician?led group (including a dedicated Mohs surgeon) with five
clinics across the Portland metro area. Our dermatologists partner
closely with department leadership and clinic operations to create
a culture rooted in clinical excellence, mutual respect, and

Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days/week) or 1.0 FTE (4
days/week) 8.5 hours/day of patient care Physician?designed
schedules with flexibility in template creation 15?minute visits
for standard office appointments 30-45-60-minute procedure slots,
based on physician preference Immediate patient demand with a
robust waitlist—ramp up as quickly as you choose Cosmetic
dermatology opportunities available Option to read some or all of
your own dermatopathology On?site Narrowband UVB phototherapy and
photodynamic therapy New graduates and fellows welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is $450,000 per year
Guaranteed base salary for 1.0 FTE (Pro?rated for 0.75 FTE)
Production bonus with bi?weekly compensation, calculated on a
rolling 4?month wRVU average Many physicians increase total
compensation by 75% once fully ramped To support candidates who are
ready to move forward, we’re offering an enhanced signing bonus of
up to $50,000 for agreements finalized by May 29th, 2026.
Relocation assistance available CME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME
hours annually (1.0 FTE) Benefits & Work?Life Balance: Generous
