Job Description:
Legacy Health seeks a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join
our team in delivering exceptional care to our communities across
Oregon and Washington. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate
closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive
health care services, ensuring each patient receives the highest
standard of medical care. This position requires a commitment to
patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and an ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment. Conduct comprehensive patient
assessments, diagnosing and treating a variety of illnesses and
injuries Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests Develop
treatment plans and oversee patient management Prescribe
medications and therapies Offer guidance on health maintenance and
disease prevention Refer patients to specialists as necessary
Maintain up-to-date patient records and submit timely reports
Participate in continuous education to stay current with healthcare
practices Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform a full
range of medical services Ability to effectively communicate
medical concepts to patients and staff Proficiency with electronic
medical record systems Capable of conducting thorough medical
research Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
license in Oregon or Washington Board Certification as a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant BLS/ACLS certification
