Job Description Orthopedic Surgery opening – Stayton,
ORLocated 1 hour from PortlandPosition Details: - Full-time,
permanent General Orthopedic Surgeon position - Board-certified or
board-eligible with broad orthopedic expertise - Join a
collaborative orthopedic team including surgeons, sports medicine,
podiatry, and 3 advanced practice clinicians - Supported by 20
experienced clinical and administrative staff - Practice general
orthopedics with focus on acute injuries, sports medicine, and
adult joint reconstruction - Perform total joint replacement
procedures including hip, knee, and shoulder - Access to modern
operating rooms designed for minimally invasive and complex joint
procedures - On-site digital X-ray and advanced diagnostic imaging
- Integrated Epic EMR for streamlined workflows - Call schedule of
1:3 with strong hospital support Benefits Details - Competitive
guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000 - Uncapped wRVU-based
production bonus - Signing bonus and relocation assistance
available - $3,000 annual CME allowance - 34 days (272 hours) of
authorized paid time off annually - Full coverage of medical
