Established regional healthcare provider is seeking a BC/BE Family Med Physician to join their busy team in Salem, OR. Highlights: - Outpatient practice - Full-time, permanent - BC/BE - 4.5-day work week; option to go to a 4-day work week once partner - Partnership opportunity after one year - No obstetrics/No hospital work - Minimal call responsibility; 2-3 days of after-hours phone calls monthly - EPIC EMR, inhouse support staff - Primary care physicians have the support of a 24/7 Hospitalist program - Internal medicine physicians can expect to see 25-30 patients a day - Excellent benefit package for physician and family - $275K base salary Employer: - Clinic is a 90 provider multi-specialty medical group practice. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and a competitive income guarantee, with rapid incorporation into the physician production compensation formula. - Percentage of call varies slightly by department, but all ratios are excellent.
