This role is crucial for facilitating patient-centric, safe, and effective imaging services. The Mammography Technologist will utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform diagnostic mammograms, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Perform diagnostic mammography procedures with precision and in accordance with established protocols. Ensure patient comfort and safety during all imaging exams. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality guidelines. Collaborate with radiologists to ensure quality diagnostic outputs. Participate in quality assurance and improvement processes to optimize mammography techniques. Manage imaging equipment and report any malfunctions or inconsistencies. Educate patients on the mammography process and address any concerns or questions. Proficiency in using mammography equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Mammography Certification State licensure if applicable
