Centria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing behavior analysis services to Spanish-speaking children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other related developmental disabilities in a structured center-based setting. As a Behavior Technician at Centria Healthcare, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed specifically for each individual under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role plays a critical part in our mission to deliver clinical excellence and transformative outcomes for the children and families we serve. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Record and monitor the progress of clients and adjust interventions as needed Engage directly with children in a variety of therapeutic activities Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and plan adjustments Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations Proficient in Spanish and English Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physically demanding situations Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred CPR and First Aid certified
