Are you seeking an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Obstetrics and Gynecology? A facility near Rainier, Oregon, has an urgent need for experienced providers to join their team. Position Details Start Date: January 7, 2025 End Date: Ongoing with potential for long-term engagement Shift Schedule: Predominantly 7:30 AM ??? 5:00 PM; slight variations possible Patient Load: Approximately 20 patients per shift Setting: Inpatient (Outpatient services not required) Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic system utilized Job Requirements Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology Board Certification: Must be Board Eligible or Certified Certifications Required: BLS certification Experience Required: Proficiency in high-risk and low-risk pregnancies, routine deliveries, C-sections, and various gynecological procedures Practice Highlights Level II Trauma Center with certified stroke capabilities Support Staff: Includes 7 RNs and 1 MA; supervision of Advanced Practice Providers is required Temporary Privileges: Available for qualified candidates Average Deliveries Per Year: 312 Key Responsibilities Manage obstetric cases, including routine and complicated deliveries Perform gynecological procedures, including IUD placements, LEEP, cystectomies, and laparoscopic surgeries Handle emergency situations such as VBACs, breech births, and multiple births Provide compassionate care to patients while collaborating with a skilled team Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation Travel and lodging assistance Quick credentialing process for clean files Licensing support available Additional Information Providers must have immediate availability through January 2025, with potential extensions Facility aims to expedite credentialing and licensure for eligible candidates If you are interested in this opportunity near Rainier, OR, apply now using reference Job ID j-262749.
